The family-owned candy factory is undergoing an 84,000-square-foot expansion that will include a new chocolate room, nut-roasting room and temperature and heating room for polishing and panning of candy.
And they have plans for their gummi products like an energy gummi and healthy gummi made with fish oil or omega3’s. “Nine gummi bears will be equal to one can of an energy drink,” Scott Albanese said.
