New distribution plant to open
Just Born, Inc., a leading candy manufacturer, has purchased a warehouse in Lehigh Valley , Pennsylvania that will be their central storage and distribution point for all products. The new facility will be operated by Just Born’s logistics partner OHL, and plans are to open it late this year.
According to Executive Vice President and COO Matt Petronic, “Just Born is always looking for ways to improve our customer service.” Since their manufacturing plant is in Bethlehem , PA , this move will eliminate ½ million truck miles from Pennsylvania roads.
