DO I NEED A LIFT GATE? This item is shipped freight to avoid damage since it has glass on the machine. All freight items are shipped on a pallet. You'll need a lift gate so the trucking carrier can get the pallet off the truck if you do not have a dock/forklift or are willing and able to unload by hand. Each mini crane weighs about 100 LBS.

Received product. Within 7 to 10 days. Very well packed. Would like better instructions to set up machine or better videos. Need help on setting up price and win ratio. Volume on video not clear or loud enough and hard to see which buttons to push instructor needs to slow down when speaking and be clearer. HE RUSHES THREW THE Videos. my wires inside machine could have been better placed than to be in the way of coin slot. I did like the machine and would buy more when I find a place, for the one I have.
