If you’re ready to start accepting cashless payments on your claw machines using the Engage Pulse system, you’re in the right place.

This page is for both new and existing Cantaloupe customers. All you need to do is complete the short form that applies to you. Once submitted, our team at Candymachines.com will activate your Engage Pulse device(s), and Cantaloupe will follow up with your onboarding or account details.

What Happens Next?

If You're a New Customer

  1. You submit the New Customer form
  2. Cantaloupe emails you onboarding paperwork and sets up your account
  3. Once your account is live, our team activates your Engage Pulse device(s)
  4. You’re ready to start accepting cashless payments

If You're an Existing Customer

  1. You submit the Existing Customer form
  2. We link your new Engage Pulse device(s) to your current Cantaloupe account
  3. Once linked, we activate the devices on your behalf
  4. You’re ready to start accepting cashless payments
