What Are My Shipping Charges?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight/size of your order and your destination zip code. Our system automatically provides the best available rate for your location.
To see an exact shipping amount, simply add all items to your cart and proceed to checkout—your total shipping cost will be displayed before payment.
If your order shows a $0.00 shipping charge, actual shipping fees will be added later based on weight, size, and destination. If you need this amount before shipment, please email sales@candymachines.com or call 800-853-3941 and we’ll be happy to help.
How Long Will It Take to Receive My Order?
Orders are typically processed within 24–72 hours. Shipping times vary depending on the items ordered and your location. Within 48 hours of placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with estimated production or lead times.
Coupons and Promotions
Only one coupon code may be used per order unless otherwise noted. Maximum discounts may apply. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to avoid selling products below cost.
What Happens If I Place an Order Right Before a Sale or Promotion?
If you make a purchase shortly before a new sale or promotion begins, we’re happy to honor the new price as long as your order has not yet shipped. Just contact our support team with your order number, and we’ll adjust it for you.
Price and Other Listing Errors
Listing errors may include incorrect pricing, inaccurate product descriptions (such as color, size, or features), incorrect quantities or included items, or incorrect shipping prices.
If we discover a listing error while processing your order, we may need to cancel it. Canceling is always a last resort, but it may be necessary when item details are incorrect. If an order is canceled, you’ll receive an email explaining the reason.

What Is the Warranty Policy?

Mechanical Rhino vending machines include a one-year warranty against manufacturer defects on the coin mechanisms. Shipping charges may apply.
What Is Your Return/Cancellation Policy?
Some items may be returned within 30 days for a refund, subject to a 10–25% restocking fee, depending on the product.
Customers are responsible for both original and return shipping costs.
