Shipping

To edit this page, log in to your control panel and go to Storefront › Web Pages. Click Edit next to the Shipping & Returns page and you can change this text. A sample returns policy is shown below which you can edit as needed.

Returns Policy

Some new, unopened items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. The original and return shipping costs will apply, and it is subject to a restocking fee of 10-25% depending on the item. Any custom items or made to order items are not eligible for return.

Once the return has been processed, you should expect can expect the refund to be submitted within 2-3 business days. There may be a short delay to see the funds return to your account, depending on your financial institution. Generally this time frame is within 5-10 business days. 

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping

We ship within the contiguous 48 US states. We can provide shipping quotes to ship to Alaska or Hawaii, however do not ship internationally. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii.

When you place an order, we will send a follow up email with expected production time and/or shipping date. Most items ship FedEx or UPS Ground. We have freight shipping options for larger orders that require to be palletized.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
