Do I need a lift gate? This item is shipped freight to avoid damage since it has glass on the machine. All freight items are shipped on a pallet. You'll need a lift gate so the trucking carrier can get the pallet off the truck if you do not have a dock/forklift or are willing and able to unload by hand. Each mini crane weighs about 100 LBS.
