Who is candymachines.com?

A division of parent company RM Electronics, Inc., candymachines.com is a 3 generation, family owned and operated business with offices in sunny southern California and shipping distribution centers across the U.S. We are listed in good standing in Dun & Bradstreet. The president of our company was in the bulk vending business when you could buy gum and candy for a penny or a nickel, and cashews were a luxury at ten cents!

What Are My Shipping Charges?

Shipping charges will be added based upon weight/size of your order and destination zip code. Our Customer Service agents will determine the best rate possible based on your location. If you'd like an exact quote, please E-mail sales@candymachines.com or call us at 800-853-3941 for actual shipping amount. For international orders, any duties, customs fees or other taxes are separate from shipping charges and are the responsibility of the customer to pay to their local authority/shipping agent. If the shipping charge is $0.00, your actual shipping charges will be added based upon weight/size of your order and destination zip code. Email sales@candymachines.com or call us at 800-853-3941 if you need this amount prior to shipment.

How Long Will it Take to Receive My Order?
Order processing is generally done within 24-72 hours of receipt of your order. Depending upon your location, shipping may take another 2-5 days.
What is the Warrantee on the Machines?
Our machines carry a lifetime warrantee against manufacturers defects.
Do You Accept C.O.D.?
Because of additional costs assessed by FedEx, UPS, USPS, at this time we do not ship C.O.D. If you do not wish to pay by credit card, you may mail a check or money order. If you do not wish to pay by credit card, PayPal is accepted, or you may mail a check or money order.
What is Your Return/Cancellation Policy?
Most items can be returned for refund or exchange subject to a 10% restock fee. Opened cases/tubs of gum or candy and any made to order machines are non-refundable. Please call 800-853-3941 for a Return Authorization.
Coupons and Promotions
Coupons are valid on items priced less than $999. One Coupon code per order unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to not sell any products below our cost, and to limit quantities as necessary.

International Orders FAQ:

International Order Shipping Charges, Customs & Duty

International shipping rates are determined by weight, box size, destination and value. We will email the cost and shipping method for your approval. There may be customs fees, duties, taxes, or tariffs imposed by the destination country which you may have to pay. They are assessed by your country's government/shipping agent and it is solely the responsibility of the customer to pay all duties, taxes and customs fees imposed on your order. Candymachines.com has no information regarding the amount of these fees as each country varies. If the customer's duty/customs fees/taxes/tariffs are not paid by the recipient and they are billed to candymachines.com, this will result in an additional charge to the customer's credit card for those assessed fees on the order, plus a handling fee of $10. As soon as your order is shipped you will receive an email containing a tracking/confirmation number so you can check your shipping status and delivery.
